Other Emirates

Orders delivered outside Dubai, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain, are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.

Failure to pay such charges may result in delays, returned shipments, disposal of goods by customs authorities, or additional fees, for which Bonpoint Dubai shall not be responsible.

Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment.

Risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

If an order is received damaged, customers should notify Bonpoint Dubai within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs and relevant information may be required to assess the claim.

Failure to notify us within a reasonable period may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
