  • The product received is materially damaged upon delivery

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled

  • The order is cancelled by Bonpoint Dubai before shipment

All claims are subject to verification and review.

Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to request photographs, supporting documentation, proof of purchase, or return of the product before making a determination.

4. Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of an order without prior written approval from Bonpoint Dubai shall not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any approved refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping expenses

  • Customs duties

  • Clearance charges

  • Handling fees

  • Administrative costs incurred by Bonpoint Dubai

  • Financial processing systems

Bonpoint Dubai shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to refuse refund requests where:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • False information is provided

  • The request violates our policies

  • Returned products do not meet applicable return requirements
