Cancellation Policy

At Bonpoint Dubai, we strive to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery and product availability. As a result, order cancellations are limited once an order has been placed.

1. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be cancelled.

2. Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, inventory allocation, quality control, shipment preparation, or has been handed over to a courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already entered any stage of fulfillment.

3. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers wishing to return eligible products after delivery must follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy.

Acceptance of a return request remains subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable return policy.

4. Customized or Special Orders

Orders for customized, personalized, made-to-order, special-order, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed.

Such orders are considered final and binding upon confirmation.

5. Cancellation by Bonpoint Dubai

Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

  • Regulatory or legal restrictions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by Bonpoint Dubai, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval from Bonpoint Dubai, the order shall not automatically qualify for cancellation.

Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to deduct any applicable shipping charges, return shipping fees, handling costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or administrative expenses incurred as a result of the refused delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation request is approved by Bonpoint Dubai before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking institution, and payment service provider.
