Return & Replacement Policy

At Bonpoint Dubai, we take pride in offering premium products and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, sizing information, and order specifications before completing a purchase.
This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which returns or replacements may be accepted.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final.
Returns and replacements are not automatically accepted and remain subject to review, inspection, and approval by Bonpoint Dubai.
Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to reject any return or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
2. Eligible Return Requests
A return or replacement request may be considered in the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged upon delivery.
The product received is defective.
An incorrect product was delivered.
The product received materially differs from the confirmed order.
All claims are subject to verification and approval.
3. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must notify Bonpoint Dubai within 48 hours of delivery if they believe they have received:
A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect product
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
4. Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible for review, products must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in their original condition
Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Not show signs of misuse, alteration, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Unless required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange:
Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
Gift cards
Personalized or customized products
Special-order items
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
Products without original tags or packaging
Products showing signs of wear or use
Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to determine return eligibility at its sole discretion.
6. Inspection Process
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval after inspection.
If inspection determines that:
The product is not defective,
The reported issue cannot be verified,
The product does not meet return requirements,
Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to reject the return and return the item to the customer.
7. Replacement Policy
Where a return claim is approved and stock is available, Bonpoint Dubai may offer a replacement product.
Replacement products are subject to inventory availability.
If the same product is unavailable, Bonpoint Dubai may, at its sole discretion:
Offer a similar replacement item;
Issue store credit;
Provide another appropriate remedy;
Issue a refund where required by applicable law.
8. Return Shipping
Customers may be required to return products using a shipping method approved by Bonpoint Dubai.
Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to determine responsibility for return shipping costs based on the circumstances of each claim.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
9. Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of an order without prior authorization from Bonpoint Dubai shall not automatically qualify for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund.
Any costs incurred as a result of a refused delivery, including shipping, customs, handling, and administrative fees, may be deducted from any amount otherwise payable, where permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bonpoint Dubai’s obligations under this policy are limited to the remedies expressly described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonpoint Dubai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product returns, replacements, delays, or unavailability of replacement stock.
11. Rights Reserved
Bonpoint Dubai reserves the right to:
Reject return requests that do not comply with this policy;
Request photographs or supporting documentation;
Modify this policy at any time;
Make final determinations regarding product condition and eligibility.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
